This video, an Afro-Scifi music-mentary, was written and directed by Bobb Muchiri of Studio Ang for Just A Band (the super nerdy African Music and Art Collective behind “Makmende“), Modeselektor (one of world’s best live electronic acts based in Berlin) and Maasai Mbili (the super talented community-based artist group from Kibera).
‘Kibera Benga” aka “Kichwateli’ is part of a series of music videos that were commissioned by Goethe Institut for the NRBLN – BLNRB project.
