The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is the regulatory body for the road transport sector in Kenya. Its mandate is to harmonize the operations of the key road transport departments and help in effectively managing the road transport sector.

NTSA provides services such as certifying driving instructors, licensing driving schools, issues driving licenses, PSV licenses, car inspections and also applications for speed governors.

How to apply for the new smart Kenyan driving license

It provides these services in various counties in Kenya. The offices are open on Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. These offices are located at the following locations;
