MultiChoice has revamped its DStv Thanks programme, the company’s customer rewards programme, which is designed to reward its active customers.
“The relaunch of our DStv Thanks with these new benefits is a key step for our business in establishing a stronger relationship strategy with our loyal customers,” said LOCAL GM/MD. “It’s a key piece of a bigger picture of us putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and showing them appreciation for their continuous support and loyalty to our business.”
All DStv customers who pay on time and continuously pay on time will be eligible to get new DStv Thanks perks. The initiative will rewards customers on all packages and will be allocated according to the packages that the customer is on.
The rewards will include;
- Discounts on flights with Emirates up to 10% up to October 31 2019
- Discounts of Ksh. 100 off movie tickets purchased from Century Cinemax and Ksh.150 on Century IMAX movie tickets
- 5% off on all products purchased from Textbook Centre and free delivery for items over Sh. 500
- Savings of up to 50% off RRP at Tuskys.
Subscribers on Compact+, Compact, Family and Access who pay their account on time will also continue to receive their one week of extra sports channels on a higher package benefit.
To qualify for the rewards, customers should pay their DStv subscription on time. Customers are eligible beginning 14th May 2019 as long as the payments are received before the due date. Loyal subscribers will continue to be rewarded each month and they can check and access their rewards by logging on to dstv.com/thanks to access their voucher codes and more information on the program.
