DStv, through M-Net, has announced that it is looking for proposals from Kenyan filmmakers for TV drama shows that will be aired on Showmax, Africa Magic and Maisha Magic East

The pay television company is looking for proposals for a high-end drama for its Maisha Magic East channel in Kenya and Africa Magic channels in Nigeria as well as the Showmax platform.

Are you a film producer or are aspiring to be one and have a great idea on a drama program? Do you have all it takes to take Maisha Magic East and Africa Magic audiences on a rollercoaster ride? Do you have a rich understanding of the genre, adhering to the required pace and structure of storytelling? Are you willing to collaborate with an appointed foreign/local script doctor/producer of the Broadcaster’s choice to develop and produce the series?

Kenyan filmmakers have until the 29th of July to submit their proposals to M-Net. They can submit your applications on multichoicetalentfactory.com/news or share their proposals for a Kenya TV series through submissions.mnetcorporate.co.za.
