The Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives will host the first ever Kenya Manufacturing Summit and Expo at KICC from 16th to 18th November 2016.

The event will showcase the quality and diversity of goods manufactured in Kenya for local, regional and international markets. There will also important conversation by the industry and stakeholders around transforming Kenya through industrialisation.

The event was conceptualized around the African Industrialization Day which is observed on 20th of November every year. As with the African Industrialization Day, the summit will mobilize partners to enhance commitment to Kenya’s industrialization process. It will also provide a platform for networking and learning opportunities to help boost Kenyan and regional economic growth.

The three day event will have Manufacturing Summit, Conferences, Workshops, Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government sessions, exhibition of Kenyan made products and competition and Awards ceremony for the best manufacturer within the sector.
