[Read: Kenya Police Recruitment 2016]
The National Police Service in Kenya is seeking to recruit 10,000 Kenyans who will be trained as Police Constables.
Requirements
Applicants must be:
- Citizens of Kenya;
- Have a Kenya National Identity Card.
- Possess a minimum qualification of ‘D+’( Plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination with a ‘D+’ (Plus) in either English or Kiswahili languages.
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years for holders of KCSE Examination Certificate or its equivalent, and up to 30 years for diploma and degree holders;
5. Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution;
6. Be physically and medically fit;
7. Have no criminal record or pending criminal charges.
8. Female Candidates must not be pregnant at the recruitment stage and during the training period
Application Process
Applicants must go to a recruitment centre in their constituency on Monday April 20th 2015 from 8:00am to 5.00pm (See list here).
Applicants must have the following when going to the recruitment centre.

- Copies and originals academic certificates and testimonials
- Copy and original national ID.
