Galaxy Mobile has opened a Samsung Brand Store in collaboration with Samsung Electronics East Africa. The new Brand store is located at the new Shujaa Mall in Kilimani area in Nairobi. The move to open a brand store in Kilimani aligns with Samsung’s ongoing expansion drive in East Africa, offering consumers access to its latest innovations across both mobile devices and consumer electronics.

The new Brand Store builds on the success of other Stores in the region, notably Jaicom in Nairobi, and Trans Tell in Kampala, Uganda. Through the store, customers have the opportunity to explore an extensive selection of Samsung products and experience first-hand how mobile devices, TVs, sound devices and home appliances interact to create a unified, smart ecosystem.

To celebrate the grand opening, Galaxy Mobile will offer customers who spend over Ksh. 25,800 (USD 200) an exclusive offer of a complimentary Galaxy Fit3. This is a wearable fitness tracker that seamlessly integrates with Samsung devices to support users’ health and wellness goals.

The opening of the Galaxy Mobile store comes at an exciting time for Samsung, following the recent launch of the premium sixth-generation Flip and Fold phones and 2024 Neo QLED TVs and soundbar series. This expansion is a testament to Samsung’s leadership in the Kenyan market and a reflection of the brand’s unwavering commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction with its state-of-the-art technology accessible to everyone.

Speaking at the new Brand Store opening event, Anthony Hutia, Head of the Mobile Experience Division at Samsung Electronics East Africa said, “Samsung’s strategy is to deepen market penetration by seamlessly integrating our cutting-edge products into the hands of consumers. It underscores our unwavering belief in technology’s transformative power. Our mission is to empower customers with technology that not only simplifies their lives but also enriches and inspires them toward greater possibilities.”
