Bolt has rewarded more than 350 of its top-performing driver-partners for their dedication and exceptional service as part of its driver reward campaign. The ceremony was held at Bolt’s Driver Engagement Centre in Westlands and saw drivers receive various prizes, including mobile phones, fuel, school fees, and shopping vouchers. The top winner won a fully sponsored family trip to Mombasa.
The Drive for a Prize campaign was an 8-week initiative designed to motivate and reward drivers who consistently demonstrated exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and safety standards. The initiative is also part of an innovative Driver Reward Scheme designed to enhance driver engagement and empower the driver community by recognizing and celebrating their outstanding contributions.
Last week, Bolt announced a 10% increase in base fares across all its ride categories. The fare increase comes at a time when the cost of living in Kenya has been on the rise, impacting both drivers and riders.

One of the top winners, Moses Muli, shared his excitement saying, “Being recognized for my efforts means a lot to me. It’s a proud moment, not just for me but for my family. This prize will help me improve my business and continue providing the best service to my passengers.”
