CMC Motors and Ford have launched the Ford Mustang 2017 in Kenya. This is the first Mustang to ever launch in Kenya because previously there was no right hand version.
The Mustang is an iconic muscle car which has been around for 50 years and 9 million of them have been sold.
2 models will be available in Kenya in the following variations.
- 2.3 Litre turbo charged eco-boost engine – available in manual, automatic, fast back and convertible.
- 5 litre V8 GT engine – available in manual, automatic, fast back and convertible.
The 2.3L version was created to cater for the international market, to satisfy tough emissions standards while providing the signature Mustang Experience.
The car costs Ksh. 10.5M for the manual V8 fast back and 9.5M for the 2.3 Litre version.
