A video has surfaced on social media which shows the pilot of a helicopter that ferried Kenya’s Deputy President William Ruto to Nyandarua assaulting a female police officer. Ruto was attending a church service yesterday when it happened.
The altercation seems to stem from the fact that there are people surrounding the plane that the pilot wanted moved. The pilot reaches out to take the officer’s baton from her and she refuses. He the name drops the Deputy President, there’s an exchange of words and he hits and pushes her.
