Samsung has today the announced the launch and availability of the Galaxy A (2016) range of smartphones in Kenya. The smartphones launched are the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A7.
The Galaxy A3 runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) operating system. It comes with a 4.7 inch touchscreen, Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 processor, 1.5GB RAM and 16GB internal storage (upgradable to 128GB via MicroSD). It also comes with a 13 Megapixel back camera, 5 Megapixel camera and a Li-Ion 2300 mAh Non-removable battery.
The Galaxy A5 runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) operating system. It comes with a 5.2 inch touchscreen, Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage (upgradable to 128GB via MicroSD). It also comes with a 13 Megapixel back camera, 5 Megapixel camera and a Li-Ion 2900 mAh Non-removable battery.
The Galaxy A7 runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) operating system. It comes with a 5.5 inch touchscreen, Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53, 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage (upgradable to 128GB via MicroSD). It also comes with a 13 Megapixel back camera, 5 Megapixel camera and a Li-Ion 3300 mAh Non-removable battery.
The three phones are all 4G and have the fast charging feature. Additionally, both the Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A7 have a fingerprint verification feature.
