The CAF Executive Committee has decided that Kenya will host the 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN), following receipt of necessary government guarantees and complete dossier including the required infrastructure and security.
The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) president Sam Nyamweya confirmed to supersport.com of the new development. He said “Yes it is indeed true we have received an official confirmation letter from Caf who have handed us the rights to host the 2019 Chan in Kenya and this is definitely big news to the country just a few months after hosting the successful Cecafa tournament.”
