The DTB Bank with us Golf tournament will grace the lush Kericho Golf Course as the tournament heads into its sixth leg on the October 7.

The Saturday event has drawn over 130 participants from the region and its surroundings, including DTB’s customers and prominent regional golfers, who competed for a variety of prizes.

DTB’s Director of Business Banking, Suraj Shah, said that the series continues to bring together golfers and DTB customers, underscoring the Bank’s commitment to fostering the sport, promoting business, and strengthening its relationship with customers across the country.”This tournament not only serves as a means to engage and connect with our valued customers, particularly in celebration of Customer Service Week, but also as a platform to foster the growth of golf within our country.”

The DTB golf tournament continues to gain popularity in the country, with each leg experiencing increased entries from established golfers across the regions. In the last leg of the tournament held at Thika Golf Club, lady golfer Carol Muigai emerged as the overall winner with 41 points, beating a field of over 200 golfers.

The other regions that the tournament had so far toured include; Kiambu, Trans Nzoia, Nakuru, Malindi and most recently Thika.

The DTB Bank with Us Golf Tournament aims to grow the sport as well as boost businesses by bringing services closer to customers and offering them great networking opportunities. So far, it has interacted with over 4,000 customers across the country since its inception last year.
