OPPO has announced its intention to launch its newest flagship, the OPPO Reno 8 series, in the Kenyan market, in the near future. The Reno 8 series is a successor to the Reno 7 series which impressed with its great battery life, camera and general performance.
The new OPPO Reno8 series will be launched in Nairobi on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 with 4G and 5G versions of the series being launched.
The specs we have so far are:
1. OPPO Reno8 5G will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset that is perfect for games, apps, and streaming.
2. The Reno8 5G will feature a 80W SUPERVOOCTM Flash Charge and OPPO’s Battery HealthEngine ensuring a longer battery time for customers.
3. OPPO Reno8 4G will have a 4500mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOCTM charging. It will also come with RAM Expansion technology and AI System Booster ensure a smooth experience at all times.
4. The Reno8 5G cameras will be Powered by Dual Sony Flagship Sensors and AI-enhanced imaging features such as Ultra Night Video and Night Portrait. It adopts a flagship-level Streamlined Unibody Design by integrating the camera module and the back cover making it appear smooth and seamless.
