Artcaffé Group has announced that it has launched its 29th branch of its Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery in Kitengela at Kitengela Mall. The company has multiple new locations in the pipeline scheduled for opening in 2019.

ArtCaffe Kitengela is a 130-seater bar and restaurant and it is the first branch that has been opened outside of Nairobi for the group. The company recently opened two restaurants, Artcaffe and Urban Burger at Capital Centre.

Kitengela is one of the top ten fastest growing towns in Kenya and has become an attractive hub with its burgeoning middle class and manufacturing industry.

The groups most prominent chain, Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery, is a full-service bakery, coffee shop, bar and modern casual dining restaurant. They also run Dorman’s. In late 2018, Artcaffé Group received funding backing from private equity investor Emerging Capital Partners (ECP).
