Kenya Airways (KQ) has introduced a seat selection feature in economy class at an extra fee. Customers will now be able to select their preferred seats.
“We want to provide a choice of seat selection to our guests to enhance their travel experience for those who prefer extra comfort or being seated in the front part of the Economy Class cabin for easy access to the exit points,” said Sebastian Mikosz, Kenya Airways Group Managing Director and CEO.
Kenya Airways flies to 53 destinations worldwide, 43 of which are in Africa and carries over four million passengers annually. It operates the routes with 32 aircraft including the flagship B787 Dreamliner and operates from its hub at Terminal 1A at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi.
