Google search uses autocomplete in its search function. As you type, autocomplete predicts and displays queries to choose from. The search queries that you see as part of autocomplete are a reflection of the search activity of web users and content of web pages indexed by Google.
I decided to play around with it to find what search results I would get with different search variations with the word Kenya in them. The results are quite interesting and you can find them below.
