Samsung has entered into partnership with Jay Z which will see his new album, “Magna Carta Holy Grail“, being made available first and for free to one million Samsung Galaxy owners.
The album will be available for download via a special app that will be available for download from June 24th. The album will then be available for download on July 4th, 3 days before it is released to the rest of the world. The Galaxy phones that qualify to get Jay Z’s album for free are: Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2.
Only those that have the special app will be able to download the album and it is limited to the first one million.
The announcement of the partnership was made in the form of an ad that that shows Jay-Z working in the studio with producers Rick Rubin, Pharrell Williams, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland. You can watch it below:
