Michelle Anekeya has been appointed as Partner, Head of East Africa by Hudson Sandler LLP, a London-based company. This is as it seeks growth in the East African market.
Ms Anekeya holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Nairobi, and a degree in Information Sciences from Moi University. She previously worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a public relations company.
Kenya is increasingly attracting new companies as they seek as share of the African market. Hudson Sandler LLP says Africa is a key strategic market and it is looking to work with leading businesses, foundations and NGOs in the region.
“With over 16 years’ experience in strategic communications, Michelle brings a wealth of experience in corporate communications and advocacy. Her strong leadership and business development skills will be instrumental in our further expansion as we continue to grow across the continent,” the organisation said.
