Lordship Africa, a real estate development company, has completed a ales office and fully furnished apartment to show the kind of apartments it will build for its project 88 Nairobi. The project will be in Upper Hill.
Once complete, the building will have 288 fully furnished units consisting of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. It will also have communal facilities such as: two gardens covering 18,000 square feet, restaurants, a gym and spa, resident bars, meeting and function rooms.
Lordship Africa is also the developer behind Karen Hills, a gated community with 60 fully serviced one-acre plots and houses.
