Nokia has today launched the Nokia 515, a premium feature phone. The Nokia 515 will have an aluminum body unlike in the past when feature phones were wrapped in a plastic case. It also comes with Gorilla Glass that also provides sunlight readability. The Nokia 515 will also have a 5 megapixel camera and 3.5G connectivity.

The Nokia 515 will be available in single and Easy Swap Dual SIM variants. It will come with a regular alpha-numeric keyboard.

From the pictures provided, the Nokia 515 has a great design and speaking at the launch Peter Griffith, Nokia’s Head of Mobile Phones Industrial Design, had this to say about it “When designing the Nokia 515 we set out to create a beautifully designed phone that people will be proud to own. We believe we’ve achieved that – the Nokia 515 is designed for people who prefer classic design, crafted to perfection and with the functionality they need for everyday use. We have created something that performs stunningly, without compromise.”

The Nokia 515 will be available for sale worldwide from September and will be priced around $149 (Kshs. 12,665).
