The TECNO CAMON 18 series has been officially launched in Kenya. The launch was held at a media event held at the Movenpick Residences in Nairobi, attended by local media partners, influencers, and related stakeholders.
The TECNO CAMON 18 is available in three variants namely the CAMON 18, CAMON 18P, and CAMON 18 Premier to retail at Ksh. 22,199, Ksh. 27,699 and Ksh. 39,699 respectively.
Influencers that attended the event include Diana Marua, Joy Kendi, Nick Mutuma, Bridget Shighadi, The Magunga, Silvia Njoki, Seth Gor, Frankie Just Gym It, among many others.
The beginning of the event was marked by a slideshow gallery of exquisite photos captured by the TECNO CAMON 18 Premier. The gallery highlighted the powerful camera and videography capabilities of the TECNO CAMON 18 Premier, transitioning into the main event that was hosted by Mark Masai.
The new TECNO CAMON 18 smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging technology. The smartphone runs on Android 11, HIOS 8.0 Operating System.
The TECNO CAMON 18 also features a front 16 MP camera for selfies and a triple rear-camera 48MP+2MP+2MP supported by a wide range of features. With a large 6.8 inch HD Plus Display, the TECNO CAMON 18 carries a MediaTek Helio G88 (12nm) chipset paired with 4 GB RAM and a 128 GB internal storage.
