In the last 2 years, catalyzed by the pandemic, there has been a significant increase in demand for corporate apps to support remote operations. Staying offline is no longer affordable. It is estimated that unplanned downtime costs businesses $50 billion every year and maintenance expenses constitute anywhere between 15% to 40% of production cost.

Not only will this increase operational efficiency, but also allows to save costs by eliminating the logistical hassle of sending a technical support team to the field every time there is a need to change a spare part or install an update.
