The regional events of the 2023 Tusker OktobaFest have drawn to a triumphant close with the Nanyuki leg, serving as the fourth and final regional event of this captivating beer and cultural celebration.

The event was hosted at the Moran Lounge in Nanyuki on October 20-21. The Nanyuki edition presented a diverse lineup of artistes, featuring both male and female talents. The audience was treated to performances by headliners Femi One, Mejja, and Ndovu Kuu. Guiding the musical journey were the renowned DJs Joe Mfalme, DJ Most Wanted, and DJ Pierra Makena. The event was a showcase of Kenyan culture, intertwining beer, entertainment, food, fashion, arts, and music.

The Nanyuki event followed the success of three previous editions in Kisumu, Naivasha, and Mombasa as the festival sought to give fans a taste of what to expect at the main Tusker OktobaFest event set to unfold this weekend from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th October at the Ngong Racecourse in Nairobi.

This culmination of the East African culture celebration will feature an East African lineup that includes Tanzanian’s Bongo music sensation Diamond Platnumz, Uganda’s Emcee Dedan, South Sudan’s John Frog, our very own OGs in the music industry including Nyashinski, Kaligraph Jones, Mejja, Kwambox, Juacali, Nameless, Wakadinali, Kalamashaka, among others.

Tusker OktobaFest 2023 has been a dedication to celebrating the unique cultural identity of the East African region. The event’s goal has been to illuminate and honour the rich tapestry of East African culture, employing a harmonious blend of food, music, fashion, art, and gaming, all beautifully united by a universal love for beer.

The month-long festival has provided a platform for homegrown talent to showcase their skills to a larger audience, reinforcing Tusker Lager’s commitment to nurturing and promoting local talent in the region.
