Tatu City has announced the availability of 39 new plots at its residential city Kijani Ridge, a controlled development neighbourhood.

The 39 plots are priced at Ksh. 10.45 million for 1/4-acre plots and Ksh. 16.15 million for 1/2-acre plots. For the first time at Tatu City, the buyers of the new plots will be able to take advantage of a two-year payment plan tailored to their individual needs.

“After rapidly selling out our previous phases, we are delighted to offer additional plots to meet market demand,” said Beatrice Njeri, Head of Residential Sales at Tatu City. “With 430 plots successfully sold and more than 50 owners building their dream homes, demand for Kijani Ridge continues to be high.”

Situated just 100 meters from the Ruiru-Kiambu road, Kijani Ridge has infrastructure that includes tarmacked roads, water from a 10 million litres storage tanks, a dedicated power substation and ready storm water drainage systems across the residential development.

The controlled development model at Kijani Ridge allows buyers to choose from a variety of 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom house designs ranging from 300 sqm to 700 sqm. Buyers can also submit their own designs to Tatu City for approval. The Development Control Committee oversees all design and construction works to ensure uniformity and quality in the development of all homes.

The additional Kijani Ridge plots are close to the planned clubhouse and recreational area. It will include jogging and exercise tracks designed by Olympian Lornah Kiplagat.

Tatu City is home to more than 50 businesses and two schools. Upon completion, Tatu City will have more than 30,000 homes, as well as parks and open green spaces.
