Phone manufacturer has today launched their latest flagship device, the Phantom 5, in the Kenyan market. The Phantom 5 succeeds the Phantom Z which did very well in the Kenyan market. Tecno has about 18% share in the smartphone market in Kenya.

The Phantom 5 is a 4G device that runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) operating system. It comes with a 5.5 inch HD screen (1080 X 1920 pixels), 1.5GHz Octa-core cortex processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 13 Megapixel back camera, 8 Megapixel front camera and 3000mAh unremovable battery. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner, dolby speakers and an Ultra mode, a battery saving feature. It comes pre-installed with some apps; Google apps, Facebook, Whatsapp and some games.
