kenya homes expo
Twice every year, in April and October, the Kenya Homes Expo takes place. The idea is to bring together real estate industry players; from insurance firms to mortgage and finance.

This year, at the 21st edition of the event, any startup in the housing sector with the highest sales; by customer numbers will receive a free stand in the exhibition. About 50% of the exhibitors at the expo are Startup SMEs, with about 100 expected to exhibit at this month’s expo which will take place from the 16th through 19th of April.

“Our aim is to show small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) currently grappling with the high cost of marketing that there exist inexpensive promotion tools they can exploit,” said Mr. Daniel Ojijo, Kenya Homes Expo co-founder
The Kenya Homes Expo begun in 2005 with 40 exhibitors but has grown to take up two halls and a courtyard at the KICC.

The Kenya Homes Expo is endorsed by the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development and is organized by the Homes Kenya magazine. The 21st edition’s theme (that takes place next week) is ‘Ignite Your creativity’.

Visitors will be charged 150 Kenya shillings.
