Love is a wibbly wobbly mushy mash up of indescribable, unexplainable feelings. We all agree, yes?

We don’t exactly know how it starts or how it grows, we more often than not just find ourselves trapped in this abyss of fullness, confusion and ecstasy. Even King Solomon, the wisest of them all, sat down in what I’d like to think was a curious case of love sickness, and wrote an entire book on this phenomenon that we are yet to understand.

And such is what “B&M in Concert: A Different Kind of Love Story” is all about. It’s a musical performance put together by some of Nairobi’s finest musical minds, starring Kenn Biggie (The B) and Marie Kinyua (The M), who set out to perform to us the kind of love that they share. Theirs is truly a different kind of love story. Not the kind you see in every other rom-com that comes out of the dying industry that is Hollywood. Not the kind that is professed left, right and centre on our Facebook feeds.

Their love story is the kind that speaks of Christ and of His love so immense that in turn that it teaches us how to truly love. It’s a love story of two young people, living in a generation that seeks mediocrity over excellence in the things of God and how they overcome those everyday challenges together as a team. It’s a love story of a boy and a girl that met, fell in love and are making their way to the altar in a beautiful and musical way.

B&M is a love story deeply set on a combined passion and love for God, each other and music. A celebration. A singer and drummer in concert, backed by some of Nairobi’s finest musicians. B&M invite you to listen to this story, to enjoy great music and to be a part of their next chapter!
