Nokia X2

Microsoft has announced the availability of the Nokia X2 in the Kenyan market. The Nokia X2, a successor to the Nokia X and XL, has a better user experience especially with regard to multitasking.

Kingori Gitahi, Product Manager at Microsoft had this to say about the X2 “The Nokia X2 was designed to help the next billion people connect to the mobile Internet and cloud services, affordably. Following on from the great reception we saw to the first Nokia X device, we’re pleased to offer the next step in the line-up with the affordable Nokia X2.”

The Nokia X2 runs on Android version 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and comes with a 4.3 inch screen (480 x 800 pixels), a 5 megapixel (2592х1944 pixels) back camera with autofocus and flash, Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 200 processor, dual core 1.2 GHz CPU, 4GB memory and 1GB RAM.

The Nokia X2 is available in black and white and will retail at Ksh. 13,500.
