Equity Bank, through its Equity Group Foundation, will give 2,000 scholarships to needy KCPE graduates under the Wings to Fly scholarship program. The scholarships will cater for the students’ secondary school education. The scholarship caters for school fees, transport, pocket money, shopping, books and uniform for the four years of secondary school education
To qualify for the scholarships, one must have scored 350 marks in the KCPE examinations. To apply, one must go to the nearest Equity Bank branch or Equity agent with their KCPE result slips and letters of introduction from their head teachers confirming their results in order to be issued with scholarships application forms.
The application period for the scholarships which will run from today December 30 2015 to January 6 2016.
After application, shortlisted applicants will be invited for interviews on January 8 and 9 January 2016.
This will be followed by home visits between January 10 and 13 2016.
