Airtel Kenya customer service director Josee Cremieux

Airtel has appointed Josee Cremieux and Dick Omondi as the new customer service director and corporate affairs director respectively.

As part of the company’s commitment to offering excellent customer experiences, Josee’s responsibility will be creating a world class customer care culture and to inspire improved performance driven by customer retention and satisfaction.

Josee joins Airtel Kenya from Airtel Congo Brazzaville where she was the Customer Service Director for 5 years. Josee’s experience at Airtel spans 14 years where she served in various capacities in marketing, customer service and international roaming. She has an MBA from the University of Corte France in Business Administration and Master in International Economics from the University of Brazzaville (Marien Ngouabi).

Dick Omondi takes over the corporate affairs docket bringing a wealth of experience sapanning over 20 years in various reputable organizations across East Africa, 5 of which have been at the helm of Corporate Communications and CSR at Airtel Kenya

Omondi’s appointment is based on a merger of Airtel’s public relations & corporate social responsibility with that of regulatory and legal affairs into a new corporate affairs unit.

While confirming the appointments, Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi had this to say, “I am delighted to welcome Josee and Dick to their new roles in the company. Josee will help us to continue delivering exceptional customer service experience to our loyal customers. Dick will drive the implementation of our communications and stakeholder engagement strategies throughout our operations in Kenya.”
