The UK Visa Application Centre in Nairobi has from today moved to 9 West Building, 2nd Unit, 1st Floor Ring Road Parklands, Westlands. Everyone who is submitting an application or collecting their passport from today will have to go to the new centre.
Customers will continue to make their applications online and book appointments at the new visa application centre through visa4uk@fco.gov.uk.
UK Visa services in Kenya are handled through VFS Global in partnership with the UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Kenya. The UK Border Agency in Kenya processes visa applications submitted in Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
