Lupita Nyong’o has just won the award for Best Supporting Actress at the London Critics Awards for her role in the movie “12 Years a Slave”.

She couldn’t make it to the award show so Steve McQueen, the 12 years a slave director, accepted the award on her behalf.

Lupita has been on an awards roll and we are hoping that she bags an Oscar on March 2nd :-).
