The Huawei Y7 Prime 2019 smartphone, that was launched by Huawei Mobile Kenya in January, is now available for sale at Ksh. 17,999. The phone is the successor to the Y7 Prime 2018 that was launched in this market in 2018.
The Huawei Y7 Prime 2019 comes with a 6.26 inch (1520 x 720 pixels) Dewdrop HD+ IPS touchscreen, octa-core Qualcomm SoC Snapdragon 450, 3GB RAM, 32GB Internal Storage. The storage is expandable to 512GB via MicroSD. It also has dual SIM with dual 4G and a dedicated memory card slot.
It also has dual rear cameras i.e. 13 Megapixels with AI camera + 2 Megapixels. It also comes with Master AI that is able to recognize 22 categories of objects and scenes when you are taking pictures. The selfie camera is 16 Megapixels. The battery is a non-removable 4000mAh one which Huawei claims can go for 48 hours on medium use on a single charge.
