Retail chain Quickmart Supermarkets has opened its first 24 hour branch in Lavington’s Valley Arcade area.
The supermarket chain plans intends to serve customers in Kilimani, Kileleshwa and Lavington with the new branch.
Marketing head at Quickmart Betty Wamaitha said the retailer, the pioneer estate shopping experience in Kenya is adding time factor to its quality services to give customers both guaranteed price and convenience. “This area is populated by high-income shoppers who require the flexibility of shopping at any time. This one stop branch will fill unmet shopping needs,” Wamaitha said.
The new Lavington branch brings Quickmart outlets to 10, adding to the two in Nakuru, and one each in Kahawa Sukari, Ruiru, Waithaka, Eastern Bypass, Ruaka, Ruai and another at Thindigua along Kiambu Road.
Quickmart Supermarket was founded in Nakuru County in 2006 by late businessman John Kinuthia and followed in the footsteps of Tuskys and Nakumatt Supermarkets by expanding out of the county.
