Tuskys Supermarkets have extended their Christmas Deals Poa customer promotion after registering record sales in the festive season. The supermarket chain has now unveiled a limited two weeks customer reward campaign in selected Tuskys stores dubbed the Christmas Deals Poa Grand Finale.
Christmas Deals Poa Grand Finale will feature up to 50% discounts on Home Appliances including Television Sets, Washing machines among others. There will also be bulk sales discounts on food items such as home baking flour, cooking oils rice among others. These deals will be at the following branches: Tuskys Imara, Tuskys T-Mall, Tuskys Juja Mall, Tuskys Greenspan, Tuskys Westlands, Tuskys Bandari, Kisumu’s Tuskys United Mall, Kisii’s Tuskys Echiro, Nakuru’s Tuskys Midtown, and Tuskys Eldocentre in Eldoret.
“The Christmas Deals Poa Grand Finale will run for the next two weeks through to February 23rd as one of our corporate initiatives to extend our gratitude to our growing clientele for their continued support,” Tuskys CEO Dan Githua said.
The retail chain operates Tuskys Supermarkets and Mavazi Lifestyle Clothing stores which registered a sales growth of 42% sales growth against an unexpected 30% during the festive period. The company attributed the rise in sales to the Christmas Deals Poa campaign and online sales growth on the company’s website tuskys.com.
Christmas Deals Poa was supported by Safaricom Limited, the Coca-Cola Company and 44 other suppliers and it also saw a record rise in non-cash payments. 45% of transactions valued at Ksh. 4.2 billion were made from mid-November to mid-January 2019 with Lipa na M-PESA transactions taking the lead alongside debit and credit cards.
