Basco Paints has launched a Duracoat Home Solutions showroom at Sarit Centre in Nairobi on Sunday 29th September 2019.

Present during the opening of the showroom was Basco Paints Chairman, Mr. Anil Shah, Operations Director, Mr. Bipin Shah, Exports and Marketing Director, Mr. Mital Shah, Managing Director, Mr. Kamlesh Shah, and staff.

“We are very optimistic about the success of the New Development of the Sarit Centre and consequently expect a large footfall at our new state of the Art Duracoat Home Solutions Showroom at the Sarit Center” reiterated Mr. Kamlesh Shah during the Showroom launch.

The launch of the showroom is part of a plan by Basco Paints to expand its footprint in the East African region. The company plans to open similar showrooms across the 47 counties in Kenya. The company launched the first DuraCoat Home Solutions showroom in 2016 along Forest Road.

Basco Paints is a paint manufacturing company that deals in emulsion, economy paints & Duracoat paint. The company has operated in the East African Region for 43 years and has over 1000 employees in Kenya and Uganda. The company rewards its customers through the Zawadika Na Marangi program, which rewards customers based on points accrued from the purchase of the Duracoat range of products. Basco Paints also runs the DuraCoat training program, which trains painters in Kenya. It has trained over 3600 painters countrywide. In continuity with this program, Basco Paints aims to train 100,000 painters countrywide who will be specially trained in the application of textured finishes by 2021. To make this possible, the paint company has allocated Ksh. 180 million.
