Kenyans have woken to a major outage on Safaricom’s mobile network which affected all their services. The customer care numbers are not even going through.
The Safaricom mobile network is down, affecting calls, SMS, data and M-PESA
Kenyans took it into stride and this is what they had to say online about the outage.
@NationBreaking @Safaricom_Care @SafaricomLtd have you tried switching your base stations off and on?

Looks like there's a wide spread issue with @SafaricomLtd GSM network. Calls being dropped faster than corruption cases against politicians.

If you can't text/call, it is because Safaricom is experiencing a nationwide 'outage on voice, data and M-PESA services.' Talk to someone
