Resolution Insurance has made two new appointments, with Alice Mwai being made the new MD for Kenya and Alphan Njeru as the Chairman.
Alice Mwai was the Chief Operating Officer of Resolution before this appointment. She has a degree in Economics from the University Nairobi and is a CPA (K) holder.
Alphan Njeru was a partner and director of PWC and the leader of the Advisory Business in PWC Kenya. He is also a public sector services practitioner/consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Nairobi and is also a CPA (K) and CPS (K) holder.

Resolution Insurance was founded in 2012 by current Group CEO Peter Nduati. It was originally a medical insurer before pivoting and becoming a general insurer. It has presence in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
