An unapologetically right-wing American detective is in town to prove whether or not Obama was born in Kenya. This question is not about to go away anytime soon. Even worse, the detective has teamed up with another washed up detective who is out to make some money. That is the story behind the new web series Oh-Bama, a new YouTube series created by Ose. The first two episodes are up and you are in for a good laugh. The show also plays on stereotypes based race in a satirical tone.
Jason Corder from Stay, Nini Wacera, Chichii Seii, Mugambi Nthiga and Ajuma Nasenyana are starring in the show which goes to show that it is not lacking in talent. The locations and technical is tastefully done and they are short witty videos that you could watch anywhere. It will be interesting to see the growth of the show as the campaign continues in the US as November, 2016 approaches. Hopefully we can also see how the Kenyan political scene views Obama in the show. You can catch the first and second episode below.
