As of 15th May 2018, Kenya Airways will implement a new baggage policy that affords customers up to 20% discount on any extra bag purchases. The new policy, however, only applies to Intra-Africa flights and baggage additions within 24 hours to departure.
What’s more is that guests flying within Africa and in economy class will be entitled to one free bag at a maximum weight of 23 kilograms per passenger. For business class passengers, they shall carry on with their existing allowance of two free bags at 32 Kilograms maximum weight per bag.
