Intel Corporation in collaboration with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Acer, Asus, and Isurf have launched the first sales event; TechBonanze, for personal computers and other tech devices in Kenya. The sales event, Intel TechBonanza is set to take place on 5th -7th December 2014 at Sarit Centre in Nairobi
The Intel TechBonanza 2014 is a three-day event and will see 7 leaders in technology come together under one roof for the benefit of their consumers.
Intel’s General Manager for East Africa, Mr. Danie Steyn said, “We welcome all Kenyan consumers to come to the event and take advantage of the competitive offers that PC manufacturers and retailers have put together. Consumers will be able to enjoy great discounts on a variety of products and for those that cannot afford to make full payments, we are working closely with financiers to offer affordable loans on IT devices bought at the event.â€
There will be various ‘buy now pay later’ packages offered by financiers at the event. These will include laptop and tablet loans processed within 24 hours as well as easy 12-month payment options to enable more people and small businesses afford the devices.
Some of the devices on sale will include the latest, never seen before, cutting edge products from Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, and Isurf. To make the event even more interesting Intel will demonstrate how they have powered the most advanced applications to enhance the user experience in areas such as automotive, education, business applications amongst others.
The event is expected to attract general consumers looking to purchase personal computers, small and medium businesses, educational institutions and business professionals looking to adopt the latest technology to enhance their productivity.
