Airtel has been chosen by Apple as one of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus distributors in Africa and, by extension, Kenya. The two new flagship Apple devices should be available for purchase by early to mid-November this year. The two devices will approximately cost between Kshs. 100,000 and Kshs. 150,000.
Apart from Kenya, Airtel will also make the devices available in 16 other markets across Africa. The two devices were launched in mid-September and Apple plans to make them available in 155 countries by the end of the year, which makes this the fastest iPhone roll-out in Apple’s history.
