Nokia has today launched two phablets in the Kenyan market. The two, the Lumia 1520 and the Lumia 1320 are the first six inch Lumia devices to be manufactured by Nokia.
At the launch, Bruce Howe, Nokia’s GM for East Africa had this to say “With the Nokia Lumia 1520, the first 6-inch Lumia smartphone, we’re significantly expanding our Lumia portfolio applying our industry leading design. With our latest imaging innovations and the best from Microsoft brought to a new form factor, we’re helping people to capture the world around them and do more on the go.â€

Nokia’s first phablet comes with Windows Phone 8 OS (Black update), a 6 inch Full HD touchscreen (1080 x 1920 pixels) with Corning Gorilla Glass 2, 2.2 GHz Quad-core processor,2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory (expandable to 64GB via microSD) and a 20 Megapixel pure view back camera with dual-LED flash.
