Quickmart Supermarket has expanded its branch network by opening a new outlet at T-Mall, on Lang’ata Road as part of its ongoing expansion plan.

The new outlet is located on the ground floor of T-Mall and was previously occupied by struggling Tuskys Supermarket. Residents in the area have been suffering without a fully stocked supermarket nearby following Tusky’s woes.

The new Quickmart outlet will serve residents in Madaraka, Nairobi West, estates on Mbagathi Way and even some Lang’ata residents.

This brings its total number of operational outlets by the supermarket chain to 51, having opened two other outlets in Kitengela and Machakos towns recently. In January this year, QuickMart Supermarket opened a 24-hour store in Westlands.

Quickmart was established in 2006 with their first branch being in Nakuru. It was named among Africa’s fastest-growing companies in Africa in May by the international business publication, Financial Times.
