Jägermeister’s Haus of Kühl will make its East African debut on Saturday, 26th September 2026. Taking over Sk8City at Diamond Plaza 2 from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, the event will bridge global culture and Nairobi’s local creative ecosystem, bringing together music, dance, nightlife, fashion, and art.
Named after the German phrase for House of Cool, Haus of Kühl originated in South Africa in 2023 across Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town. Its Nairobi edition will highlight local artists, cultural disruptors, and tastemakers, transforming the venue into an immersive playground across multiple stages and interactive zones.
Hosted by Mariah and Sameer Bry, the event features South African headliners KMAT and MfanaTouchLine alongside over 36 Kenyan performers. The lineup showcases singer Iyanah, dancers Ian Tico and Thee Iconic. There will be an extensive roster of local DJs including Basthma, Burugu, Calvin The Curator, Coco Kahi, DJ Lyta, DJ Mani, DJ Rayma, Hiribae, Jayeda, JM1, Kamz, Kaneda, Kiptala, Kurtiss E, Love, Mani, Monzo, Mura, Mtu Solo, Mr. Arkitech, N!k, Njeri wa Baaba & Santa Currie, Safari Oontz Collective, Selekta V, Selo, Shi, Sir M & Mista C, Suraj, The Vibe Initiator, Tinashe The DJ, Wembe Waves, and Zhai.
“Nairobi is a city with such a powerful and constantly evolving creative pulse. We wanted to create an experience that goes beyond music and brings together the many different worlds that make culture what it is, from music and dance to fashion, art, discovery, and community,” says Ephraim Manana Snr, Culture & Experiential Marketing Manager at Jägermeister. “Haus of Kühl is about creating a space where these worlds can collide for established and emerging creatives to share the same platform.”
The event layout features several distinct areas:
- Main Stage: Host to international headliners and premier local talent.
- Dance Stage: A high-energy floor dedicated to underground sounds and movement, spotlighting Nairobi’s rising subcultures.
- Silent Disco: Curated by Studio Can-V, featuring head-to-head battles between emerging DJs.
- Manifest Speakeasy: A quiet, secret space inspired by Jägermeister Manifest, offering a lounge area and tarot card readings.
Beyond music, the Meister Market will highlight Nairobi’s fashion scene through streetwear pop-ups from Pesos and HAGT. Art Meisters will produce original Haus of Kühl artwork, with selected designs offered as customizable screen-printed merchandise for attendees alongside limited-edition drops.
Guests can also visit the Gaming Zone to compete in console games and giant Jenga for Jägermeister merchandise and prizes. To promote safe, responsible enjoyment, the event includes the Safe Now Zone, a dedicated space for attendees to hydrate, rest, and reset.
