David Wakhu delivered a masterclass performance at the Sigona Golf Club to capture the seventh leg of the PGK Equator Tour, firing an impressive four-round total of 15-under-par 273.
The Golf Park professional held off a fierce 47-man field to claim his second title of the season following a recent win at Ruiru, elevating him to third place in the Order of Merit standings with 3,110 points.
Veteran campaigner Dismas Indiza mounted a strong challenge but finished four strokes back in second place at 11-under-par 277. Safaricom-sponsored golfer Samuel Njoroge and Greg Snow tied for third at 3-under-par 285. Despite the setback, Njoroge maintains his grip on the top of the Order of Merit leaderboard with 4,327 points, ahead of Indiza (3,490 points) and Snow (3,015 points).
